Ed, all the graphics have resized horribly. Any graphic embedded in a slide where the graphic has text is virtually unreadable

is it because I generated the PDF on my machine in some way?

Text looks fine (and reads great!) but graphics are not.

I agree re: graphics. Also wish it was 1 per page.

Yup, hosed here too. Ed, this is possibly because as you say you have the original source graphics and text.

Just a bit of feedback to a track owner (or whatever you are in this context). It is awesome that the presentations are available. However, the .PDF format is a real challenge when taking multiple presentations apart for summary reports back to management. We've reduced ourselves to screencaptures and copy/paste. Yuck. On the other hand, having them in Freelance would present even more problems. Toss an item into the suggestion bucket for next year for PowerPoint (gasp) format.

Same here, second slide totally screwed up.

Tim, I would hope that by the time Lotusphere 2005 rolls around, the folks doing presentations will have a Workplace app to do the slides.

Anything less than that, i.e. using Freelance or Powerpoint (gasp!) at Lotusphere 2005 *would* be somewhat disappointing, right? Ed? ;-)

The original IS in PowerPoint, but we really don't like the idea that someone might be able to (easily) modify the slides. "Here in Ed Brill's slide it says that Microsoft SharePoint is a great product" or something like that.

This page could use an update...

    "Images" link on the left.

You've had many product enhancements to Lotus Notes 6.5, Sametime, Workplace, etc.

The pressroom has always been a mess. But it is not Ed's territory. Look at who is in PR and write to them.

Let me have the PPT and I will try to convert to PDF on the Mac. Maybe that works better. If not, I at least tried.

Thanks Volker, I emailed some folks over at Lotus.

I don't really care about graphics, just content. Where can I get this?
