Well, admittedly, it's no Lotusphere, but next week is the IBM Content Management and WebSphere Portal conference here in Chicago.  I'll be at the conference for most of the day on Monday and Tuesday.  On Tuesday morning, I'll be presenting a version of my Boss Loves Microsoft: Where does that leave Lotus session.  Other than that, though, my attendance at the conference is for the same reason any of you might be there -- to learn.  I'll be attending sessions on Lotus Workplace Builder (from Chris Reckling), Lotus Workplace Team Collaboration (from Carl Kriger), IBM Workplace client technology (from Heidi Votaw), and Lotus Workplace Messaging 2.0 (from Brendan Crotty).  Not coincidentally, these esteeemed colleagues will be joining me for dinner at one of the finer restaurants in the "real" Chicago -- won't find these guys at Navy Pier or eating at the Rainforest Cafe.
If you're attending the conference, let me know and be sure to say "hi" in the product showcase, 5:30 to 7:30 on Monday and Tuesday.  If you're not, I'll try to do some real-time blogging (wifi available on site, or so they say).
