Gartner recently reported that IBM led the worldwide e-mail and collaboration market in 2003 with 46% market share, over Microsoft's 44.2%. Oracle, Sun, and Novell have less than 2.5% share each.Link: CMPNetAsia: IBM Lotus dispatches "Exchange killer" >
