lotus.com will feature a ton of new content throughout the week.  Today's highlight is an interview with Ken Bisconti.  Not only does he discuss the new release, he offers some positioning:

With the release of Lotus Notes and Domino 6.5, IBM is announcing a special promotion to allows customers leverage the business benefits of IM and portal technology within their Lotus Notes and Domino environment. From October 1, 2003 until December 31, 2003, all Lotus 6.5 customers with active maintenance agreements are entitled to receive a license allowing up to twenty (20) individual users to use IBM Lotus Instant Messaging, as well as a license allowing up to twenty (20) individual users to use WebSphere Portal Express at no additional charge.
