Several of my colleagues have published one of the first books from the new IBM Press line: IBM WebSphere and Lotus: Implementing Collaborative Solutions.  The book describes the designs and features of IBM/Lotus collaborative systems such as Web Conferencing, Instant Messaging, Lotus Workplace, and IBM WebSphere Portal Server.  It covers design and deployment of WebSphere Application Server and Domino together.  According to one of the authors, "we used as examples the `best practice' designs and features of the systems used both within IBM and for our commercial customers."  Looks interesting.
