Communicate with IBMers via Sametime

Hey wow, I had my first Sametime chat with an IBM business partner today...Alan Bell from Dominux.

(anyone get the joke?)

So how did we do this?  Using IBM's "CollaborateNow".  It works with a browser, so you don't even need to install the Sametime Connect client.  You must have an IBM id and password which you can get here.

I have a feeling it's going to be an unproductive afternoon....
