I sense a theme...after today's release of the IBM blogging guidelines, Christopher Byrne alerted me to this article that he and Richard Schwartz wrote:

Even though blogging is the hottest trend on the Web right now, it might not be on your compliance team's radar. Start getting policies in place now, so employees are clear on what's OK -- and not OK -- to discuss on their blogs.
They examine some notable recent cases around blogging and risk/compliance management, and provide tips and hints on how to think about social software from this perspective.  Good stuff.
