So a colleague sent me some Gartner reports to read about the concept of continuous data protection.  I didn't know it, but my colleagues in the Tivoli brand already have a product in this space, IBM Tivoli Continuous Data Protection for Files.

My question is, is anyone exploring using something like CDP for Notes client users?

With a replicated NSF and an ability to cluster Domino databases over real-time replication, the need for CDP in the Notes world seems somewhat different than in Exchange or other products.  But local data backup is always a good practice.  Maybe you're using other solutions, or usng Notes replication?
