There sure was a lot going on over the last 10 days, and I didn't get a chance to link or blog it all.  Take a look at...

  • Sametime 7.5 launch materials.  Offerings manager Adam Gartenberg has a whole bunch on the launch, including the first-person perspective on the launch event and panel discussion.  Adam also has a summary of the press coverage on Sametime 7.5.
  • At Collaboration University in Kansas City, Quickplace 8.0 details were shared along with announcement of "wiliki".  Chris Miller covered both, saying
wiliki = Hawaiian for "Engineer" made to be a set of blog and wiki templates in Quickplace. You can deploy it now on current versions and it is open source based on Ajax and Web 2.0 capabilities.  It can be packaged as a PlaceType for all or used individually.  The RSS and Atom feeds will be awesome.
Chris and others also did a two part podcast from Collaboration University, check them out on the Taking Notes site.  Part 1 and Part 2 >
  • The deadline for submitting abstracts to Lotusphere has been extended one week.  Honestly, my track (infrastructure) has tons and tons of submissions, but we'll take a look at more.... just get them in by Friday.
  • Lotusphere exhibition information is available, too.  I think it's been up for a few weeks, but I forgot to mention it!
