Have you seen all these smiling faces? Great photos from Sean, Jess, Bruce, and many others in the Lotusphere 2005 photo pool.

God, it really does seem a long time ago, considering we only left on Friday night! It was great fun to put more faces to names and I don't think I have laughed as much as I did last week for a long time.
Sorry not to catch up with you and sorry to hear that you were so ill - hope things have improved. You just have to be thankful that you're not as bad as the Pope who was hospitalised last night for his swollen larynxs!

Did I even see you last week? <sigh>
I'll probably post a new entry on this later today... how puzzled I am that there were probably another hundred people I wanted to meet in person last week but didn't. Can't blame it all on the faulty vocal cords...it's just weird.

I caught one glimpse of you rushing across the Rotunda on Wednesday evening, but we were heading back to our hotel to change before heading off to Universal and you got talking to someone else so I didn't get a chance to say hi. However, as a hanger-on rather than genuine 'spherey I didn't want to take up your time!

I don't think the weather for the Opening Party helped - we gave up comparatively early and headed to Jellyrolls for warmth! At the party all I wanted was coffee to keep my hands warm - then I would have been quite happy to stand around chatting for hours, but as it was my finger tips were in danger of losing their grip on my wine! And me from Scotland an' all, should be used to it - I came to Florida for sunshine!

My glimpse of Ed at the party was him running (or should I say walking swiftly) by the pool talking into his EarBrill and there was no way in heck I was going to move away from the coveted space heater to try and say hi at that point:-)

Wow, it was only a few days ago, but now that I'm back in the "real world" it already seems like an eternity !
Looking at these pictures reminds me of what a great Lotusphere this was. Out of the five that I've been to, this was by far the best.
Congratulations and thank you to everyone concerned !!
