IamLUG (Americas Lotus User Group) last week in St. Louis was a big hit. Thank you to all of those who attended, participated, and organized.
For the event, I updated my Lotus Notes/Domino strategy presentation... the latest version is now available from SlideShare.
Thanks again to all for your feedback and interest.

Ed, in your presentation is "Group Calendar" coming for Notes 9 (slide 35). Would this be expansion of calendar Overlay, so that we can set canned overlays our Notes calendars for a group of people in our teams? That would be really great!
We also would love Designer on Mac. Would love to see that come eventually back, currently using VMware Fusion w/XP to use Designer.
We are also thrilled to see iPhone in Traveler 8.5.1.

@1/2 the move to Eclipse lets us at least consider such a thing, but Designer on Mac is not planned for 8.5.1.
@2 A little too early for specifics but it is more in line with the notion of being able to get a big-picture view of an entire "team" (department, workgroup, etc.) within the calendar.

Slide 29 - SPENGO (SPNEGO?). Is this tech tied to MS Internet Explorer or will it work with Firefox? This will allow intranet users to access secure databases just based on Windows login - correct? This would remove a usability barrier for web apps.

Ed, it's a great presentation but it can be fixed up a little further in my opinion:
Slide 8 you haven't mentioned "IBM i" (AS/400, iSeries) although the ibm.com says "Products->Servers & systems->System i (iSeries)" in the main menu. Also I believe that OS/390 has been rebranded to System z a long time ago. You should probably also add a 128 bit version (i5/OS).
Slide 9 and 30 could be updated to say "Domino Designer 8.5.1 in Eclipse (Windows only)".
Slide 24 says "3-tier MVC app architecture coupled with a simple and robust".... simple and robust what? Some lines ends with a period, some not.

@4 Yes, SPNEGO allows intranet users to authenticate based on their Windows login. It can be done with Firefox as well as IE. See this page: https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Integrated_Authentication
