On Tuesday, I'll be heading over to Germany for three Lotusphere Comes to You events over the next ten days -- edcom nachlese in Munich, where I will be speaking on Thursday; Rheinland Nachlese in Düsseldorf, where I will be speaking on Monday the 16th, and Lotusphere Comes to You in Hamburg, where I will be speaking on Tuesday the 17th.  For all three events, I will give the same presentation, "Lotus Notes and Domino -- Today and Tomorrow":

Ed Brill, Director of Product Management for Lotus, will discuss Notes and Domino products available today and the roadmap for 2009.  Mr. Brill will examine the Notes/Domino 8.5 release along with current status for Lotus Notes Traveler and Lotus Symphony.  He will then describe plans for 2009 releases and beyond, including the release of Alloy by IBM and SAP, updates of Notes/Domino and Symphony, and additional plans for product integration.  Ed will specifically examine customer and partner reaction and feedback to new announcements in his area during Lotusphere 2009.
This presentation will be somewhat modified from the INV102 session at Lotusphere, with a little bit more emphasis on the announcements made during Lotusphere.  I am also looking forward to the opportunity, both professionally and socially, to spend time with the customers and partners in all three cities.  Many IBM colleagues will also be present in both cities.  If you would like to meet with me or anyone individually, please be sure to indicate so to either me or to the event hosts.

This trip will also be my first visit to Hamburg, and the first time my wife travels with me to IBM Lotus events.  I suspect she is in for a bit of an eye-opener :-)
