Stop, blog thief!
May 28 2005
For the second time in two weeks, Technorati has alerted me to republishing of my blog's RSS feed. In both cases, my RSS content has shown up as blog entries on what essentially are spamblogs on blogspot or typepad -- one advertising recreational vehicles and the other advertising travel to Alaska (for obvious reasons, I'm not linking to either). I remember seeing other bloggers writing about this phenomena a few weeks back, but this is the first time I've encountered it here. What's the point? Any way to stop it?

Not a whole hell of a lot, except for making your RSS feed subscription only...I have had this problem with both my RSS feed and reviews I have posted to Amazon.

I have a hard time getting people to read what I write at all, much less get my stuff republished. What would it say about me if I would be flattered that a spammer would re-publish my feed? <grin>

After the consolidation of domino servers there are few obsolete connection documents left behind. Is it wise to remove those documents or leave that to avoid any further trouble. Does it improve the performance of domino if those obsolete connection are removed.

Perhaps a bizarre way to get a better Google ranking? I'm not entirely sure how, but it seems to me that could be the only reason
