These look like they will be very interesting but not that interesting to switch on at 7am PST. From that timing I am guessing you are trying to get the European market before they go home for the day which is very valid but a second screening or a replay afterwards would be helpful for the West Coast audience.

And for those of us in Hawaii it is 4AM - near impossible to get staff to participate :-)
Who thought it was a good idea to force people to fill in 4 times the same data with lots of mandatory fields that should be available within IBM already?
