Working holidays?

Michael Osterman of Osterman Research, writing in Network World, describes survey results from a study about e-mail management.  The survey specifically covered Exchange managers.

While I'm deliberately not setting this blog up as a Domino vs. Exchange posting, I am curious about this quote:

Many e-mail managers spend some or all of their holidays working to resolve e-mail problems. Over the past two years, 42% of respondents spent at least part of their Christmas day resolving e-mail problems; 55% spent at least part of Thanksgiving doing so; and 58% spent the Fourth of July working on e-mail.
I, um, hope you all had a good Christmas, beloved Domino customers....right?
